When are you open?
Due to the heat of summer, we are open from just before Halloween to just after Easter and closed during the hottest summer months.

Should I worry about hot weather?
We operate during the cooler months of the year in the American Midwest. Please order carefully if it's warm in your location, as we are not able to ship with cold packs right now.

Where do you ship?
We are shipping Worldwide.

Can I pick up my order?
In Chicago, you can select local pickup on your order. You will receive a notification when your order is ready and it can be picked up at Liberation Kitchen vegan restaurant at the intersection of Grand and Hoyne.

What is the cost of shipping?
United States: All domestic shipping is a flat fee of $5.99 for orders under $100. Shipping is free for domestic shipping over $100.
Worldwide: Shipping costs are calculated by UPS based on your location.

Can you handle large special orders?
Yes! If you are looking for something special for your wedding or other event, please contact us and we'll be happy to make your guests' day sweeter! Custom quantities may require more time, so please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Can you ship customized assortments?
Yes! If you would like to do a number of customized assortments as corporate gifts, thank yous, or something else, please reach out and we can make sure you have something perfect for your recipients.

What about packing material?
We do our best to make sure that all of the packaging material that you receive with your order is is recyclable, compostable, and/or reused.

Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.

Why are some items on sale?
On sale items are usually either out of season or getting close to their individual expiration date. Please note that when you order an item that is on sale, it may be close to it's best by date.

What about items that do not have expiration dates printed on them?
We use a sophisticated inventory tracking system that accounts for all of our in stock items along with their expiration dates. Some of our suppliers do not print expiration dates on every product, but do provide them to us and we account for them accordingly.
